I am also the writer, producer and co-director of Unqualified, a short film drawn from my own experience and from the stories of other military spouses, and the host of The Balancing ACTor Podcast.
Off camera I am a military spouse and a mom, a registered dental hygienist, a functional medicine practitioner and a certified holistic nutritionist. The through line is the same one that runs through the film: the labels other people hand you are not the last word.
